REFUND POLICY

Within 30 days of purchase, your order can be refunded. Within this time frame, we will gladly accept unworn or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund. Please allow 2 to 4 working days for the return to be processed after it is received. Once the reimbursement has been issued, you will be contacted by email.

DASGIRL is not responsible for any refunded items that are lost. We recommend using a shipping method that includes a tracking number or proof of delivery.

Customers will be responsible for return shipments & costs as we do not currently generate return labels for foreign shipments.

EXCHANGES & PRICE MATCHING

At this moment, we do not provide exchanges or price-matching. Please follow the steps outlined in the return policy for the items you wish to exchange, then visit us to submit a new order for your new items.

RETURN PROCEDURE

  • Use your order number and email address to check for your purchases on DASGIRL Nails Returns.
  • Choose whatever items you'd want to return, then follow the prompts to make a return request. Please allow1-2 business days for the approval of your return. Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how and where to send your return. Products must arrive in new condition, unopened and with no signs of use in order to be accepted. 
  • Once your return request has been granted, ship your products to the location provided in an email. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for returning the goods to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for orders above $75. We can't promise that we'll get your returned item back to you. Your refund will be issued in the form of DASGIRL Nails store credit or a gift card.
  • Once we receive your order, it will be processed within 14 working days. Allow extra processing time during peak season owing to higher-than-normal volumes. When your return is complete, you will receive an email confirmation.

Note: Unless there was an error on our side, any initial shipping fees or return shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive an imperfect item, please notify us as soon as possible by clicking HERE. In such cases, we prefer to address issues on a case-by-case basis in order to provide the greatest possible customer service and overall satisfaction.

REFUNDS

All returns are refunded through shop credit or gift card, with limited exceptions, and will be available within 14 business days of receiving your return package. Original and return shipping charges are not eligible for store credit at DASGIRL Nails.

EXCHANGES

We are unable to facilitate exchanges for orders purchased on dasgirlnails.com, with a few exceptions. Please visit DASGIRL Returns if you wish to return an item that is new and unopened. When we get your items, we will issue store credit or a gift card, and you will be able to use your store credit or gift card to place another order.

SALE ITEMS

All sale, discounted, or bundled items are deemed Final Sale and are not eligible for exchange or returned for store credit.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Although we anticipate that no damage occurred during the preparation and transportation of your DASGIRL items, we will gladly assist you if this occurs. If you discover any problems with your order after it arrives, please fill out our contact form HERE and include a photo of the complete order, as well as the damaged/defective products and a brief explanation of the problem so that we may help you further! To guarantee customer satisfaction, each inquiry will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
